After a very, very long week, I finally had a day to breathe. I used that day to sleep, watch the entire first season of Pushing Daisies, and finish some projects.
I’d call it something more specific but I don’t want to risk getting a “cease and desist” from a network with no respect for good television. I have enough Lamb’s Pride Bulky left to make one for myself and a little baby-sized one for future use. Sits mighty cunning, don’t you think?
In the end, it wound up being a Manhattan Melodies. I couldn’t resist the scalloped edge. The peachy color is so incredibly not what I normally choose but I love the delicacy it implies. I’ll probably bring this one to StevenBe to show the beauty of the Tosh Merino DK (and maybe sell a few patterns).
Daisy Chain Legwarmers
I grabbed one skein of Knit Collage Daisy Chain in Blue Jay and alternated it with an Ozark Opulent in Peacock. I used the Chelsea Morning Legwarmers pattern and knit these up in an evening. They’re adorable and I love them.
Fun new stuff on the way for Friday!
