It’s always such a pleasure to work with cashmere and I’m so lucky to have been able to do so in spades lately. I’m coming up on my deadline, though, and I’ll have to say goodbye to my pretty samples. I’m really looking forward to seeing pictures of them displayed at TNNA, though!
I have ends to weave in and decrease sections to steam into submission still but the bulk of the work is done. I get to have my first professional photo shoot done (I’m not counting the one in which I was the model–it only counts if I get to hang back and watch the magic happen). My excellent photographer is going to be directing my gorgeous cousin who will don my knits at my favorite Minneapolis locations. Many of those spots will become the namesakes for these designs; I’ve already picked some of them out. They run the gamut between hip and classic and I love them all.
This Friday, between the photo shoot and my brother’s fiancee’s bridal shower, I’ll post some sneak preview pictures and see if anyone can guess the locations and the names I’m going to use!
