With so much going on lately, my poor website has fallen by the wayside. We still don’t have internet at home so any blogging gets done at Caribou or on my phone (which is really awkward). I’ve been knitting up a storm lately, working on projects for display at StevenBe and designing accessories. I’m going to start putting some items up on Etsy soon, both under DrawFour and another concept that I’m working on with my mom and a cousin so keep your eyes peeled for new links and a site overhaul!
I’ve been working like crazy and finally have a few days off in a row to spend with my hubby for my birthday. We’re just relaxing at the library today, enjoying some quiet time. We’re thinking about going to the Minnesota State Fair tomorrow to eat some ridiculous fried food, find free things, and explore. I love the fair so much; it seems to be one of those few things that can unite wildly different people. Can’t we all just get along and eat Hotdish on a Stick?
Now for real news: here’s my new pattern, the Quinn Cap! I’m in love with Noro Ayatori, its warmth and airiness, its soft and subtle colors. I’m just finishing a pair of mitts to match the Quinn Cap. Admittedly, they’re more fashion than practical but I really enjoy making sets of things.
